I liked this vet until I drove all the way to see them and they closed without any noticed to it's clinets. They called me on Tuesday to confirm my appt. for Thursday because they knew they would be closed on Wednesday due to the weather. I specifically asked the lady if there was a chance that they would be closed on Thursday would they make phone calls? She told me yes. They gave me an estimate for dental cleaning $450 and then extracted 7 teeth and never called me! The estimate went from $450 to $750 without a phone call. Me. Tate only charged me the estimate after I pitched a fit and asked for all 6 of my pets' records. There have been issues before, but this was IT for me and my furbabies.
I will be kind and give a 1 star but in all reality they don't deserve a star at all! I had taken a dog in for emergency care around April and had paid the bill in full no remaining balance. About 3 months later I received a bill stating I owed them money, when I called regarding this matter they receptionist I spoke to was so rude it was unbelievable. I have numerous animals that I take here. My chief complaint is how "busy" they are. I showed up on time for my appointment then had to wait an additional 45 mins to be seen. Another time I came a little early, and was seen right away. I have left a review on their website, but since it was not a full 5, I guess it was not approved. I will still use them due to the location of the office and where I live, but wish they would get a little more organized throughout.
I have had several experiences here and none like what other reviews describe. Dr Williams has been wonderful to us. The front office could use a bit of fine tuning but are friendly and helpful.
Dr? Williams....not sure of her title. She is most definitely the most unprofessional care taker I've ever spoke with at a Dr. Office. She stated the owner of the business was 80 years & doesn't visit or care about the businesss. So I have no one to complain to. Wow! Buyer Beware of this vet. Check other reviews... I should have checked the reviews before entering this hell hole.
Things have changed much since the last review was written. Staff has turned over at least 3 times in the past year or so. Customer service is not good, to be charitable. They now have a "business manager" (son of the owner), one doctor has left, and now regular clients are being turned away. Used to be a compassionate place to take your pet for care - now it's just "too busy". Suggest you look elsewhere.
