I worked with the doctor and his wife Mary for over a year to secure them a new SBA loan since their rate at the time was over 10.5%. I got them a new loan under 5.8% and will be saving them over $480,000 over the life of the loan. When it came time to collect for my services $7000 origination fee the agreed to beforehand.
