*This doctor is not taking new patients, but BCBS says she is* I applied to be a new patient of Dr. Raedeke some months back. Her office had me fill out a new patient form--then rejected me, saying the doctor was not taking new patients. I applied again last week when on the BCBS of TX website Dr. Raedeke was listed as taking new patients. BCBS sent me a new card with the doctor's name as my new PCP. I feel so comfortable with Dr. Raedeke and her nurse! I'm always seen promptly, and I trust the answers to my questions. I even have their app, and I receive fast responses. I recommend Grace Clinic highly.
I had to change doctors because mine left her practice. I have had the same doctor for over 10 years and hate seeing someone new that doesn't know me. Dr. Raedeke was the first doctor that could get me in so I went with her. She was very welcoming and very nice. She listened to my concerns and was knowledgable. She took a good amount of time with me and I did not have to wait very long in the waiting room either. I was pleased with her and I also liked her nurse.
Dr Raedeke is outstanding internist who cares deeply about her patients. She provides exceptional medical care.
