I had the best experience with Raeco. I own buildings in NYC and need some scanning equipment. I was lucky to have Kristina help me who was just awesome. The product arrived on time in great shape. We had some questions and their staff was so helpful. The prices are very fair. Excellent customer service from the first minute. Based on a last minute client request, I was in need of 25 sampling pumps on one day's notice. The team at RAECO went into action and pulled together everything I needed and had them delivered to my office on the date promised. Their level of service and the quality of equipment rented is always top notch!
Great experience! From the first phone call with a human being and not a menu, to the quick ship, to the ease of return, the process of renting a lead paint detector device was wonderful.
