Renting from Rae-Matt properties has been an amazing experience. Gary, the property manager, does a great job at responding to questions/issues in a very timely manner. He is also genuinely wants the best for everybody that rents from him and loves to see his tenants succeed in their academic journey or career. This property is perfect for those in professional positions or pursuing a higher education degree (many medical/dental/law students live amongst the complex). I lived in a Rae-Matt Properties apartment for four years. I loved the building and the location. The building was very modern. And the location was quiet and safe. The property manager was a joy to work with and always very prompt if an issue arose. I was sad to leave!
I have lived here for almost two years and it’s a great place to live. Very quit place and when there is an issue Gary will come the same day if possible or the following day. Great place to live!!!
I have been living at Rae-Matt Properties for about a year and it is the best place I have rented from. The apartments are great quality and located in a safe area. Additionally, if you have a maintenance request the owner is extremely responsive, respectful, and accommodating. Would highly recommend living here.
I lived in this property for four years. I am thankful that I lived in a safe building, community, and received excellent service from the property manager, Gary. Whenever I have maintenance issues, it has been immediately handled. Also, the property was a clean and friendly environment. Living in a peaceful environment has brought me serenity from my studies at the university.
