Ever since I have gotten here my care has been neglected. My PICC Line looked like it was infected so my hematologists infusion nurse had to remove it and culture both my blood and the central line catheter. They staff didn’t change my dressing completely as they didn’t carry the antimicrobial patches that are supposed to be changed along with the dressing every week. Not recommended. At present, our side of the building will be without hot water for three days. Unacceptable! They say they address "issues", but nothing ever happens. They have awards posted on the walls, but those were from years ago. A soup kitchen probably has better food. DO NOT send a loved one to this facility!!

Don't trust this place to take care of your loved ones. The long term care side is attrocious. My grandmother was doing great before she was transferred to their long term care. Staff fought with my family while my grandmother was dying. Her belongings were removed from her less than 18 hours after she died. There is no respect for life, residents or grieving families here.
