Not recommended. At present, our side of the building will be without hot water for three days. Unacceptable! They say they address "issues", but nothing ever happens. They have awards posted on the walls, but those were from years ago. A soup kitchen probably has better food. DO NOT send a loved one to this facility!!

Don't trust this place to take care of your loved ones. The long term care side is attrocious. My grandmother was doing great before she was transferred to their long term care. Staff fought with my family while my grandmother was dying. Her belongings were removed from her less than 18 hours after she died. There is no respect for life, residents or grieving families here.

AVOID, TERRIBLE CARE: STNAs have little to ZERO training, don't follow proper procedures or provide adequate care, STNAs are constantly on their CELL PHONES during their work shift, refuse to change or offer clean sheets leaving patients/ residents to sleep in their urine and feces, don't assist with hygiene, provide proper care of patients. Many residents go for hours in a soiled diaper while the nursing assistants talk on their phones or refuse to offer care. The place smells so bad, and bugs are crawling everywhere.
