One of the employees is a bit rude there. I am a new member and was working out in the main gym area, After doing some tri-cep sets I took the double rope off and walked over to put it away on the rack and placed it on top. I'm not sure what the fellows name is but he was standing there close to the rack speaking to a friend of his, speaking in Russian or Ukranian. I didn't know he worked there until a few days later. The review is only for swimming lessons program.. I’m extremely disappointed with the private swimming lessons my child received at Rady JCC. Compared to other facilities we’ve tried, this was by far the worst experience. We paid $425 for 10 private sessions, each supposed to be 30 minutes long. In reality, each class lasted only about 20 minutes. The instructor consistently started 5 minutes late and ended 3-5 minutes early, despite ours being the last session of the day - she easily could’ve made up for lost time but chose... read more
The security at the Rady JCC Fitness Centre is inadequate. My boots were stolen from the coat area, and despite staff efforts, there’s no surveillance coverage of key areas. This incident has made me lose confidence in the facility’s ability to safeguard personal belongings. Very disappointing experience.
