If I could give zero stars, I would. This company never processed my $1,200 return and also failed to send the correct part. It feels like a scam — they show up in Google searches for all kinds of products, but clearly can’t deliver on their promises.
Received EXCELLENT service from Bernadette Soap, and Jonathan Wagner. I sent an older model Hitachi SJ700D to get repaired on emergency. I received real time updates and phone calls on repairs and finally a Video of my VFD in working condition. Really impressed with the way they handled my repair!
Do not use them!!! The web site showed pictures of my part it didn't fit or match. I evenemail pictures of my part i had to pay to return the part. Even after I returned it immediately I was charged 15% restocking fee 80$ plus the shipping cost. I could never get a supervisor on the phone and they never called back or responded like they did before they got my money
