Possibly the worst experience we've ever encountered with a service company. Outside sales rep Gary worked to earn our business. We finally gave them a chance to fix a profilometer. They promised 2-3 week lead time. It took THREE MONTHS and when we finally received it -- IT DID NOT WORK ANNNNNDDD they bent the stylus. Sent emails for months and months requesting a refund and were ghosted. We even emailed the president -- no response. An absolute disappointment I made an online purchase and they did not want to let me know that the product will be returned even when it had just arrived from FedEx. I called and the lady who attended me was very rude to me. I lost $350 of a product I didn't want, which was the wrong piece. Why do they have a return department? If not, they will accept returns.

This company rips off other companies.. Yes, they may have a item that you may need for emergency.. But please do not send your items in To sell to them. They will lowball you tremendously! I sent them $$3000 worth of electrical parts.. Some new.. They have been sitting in my shop for some time so I figured I would take 800 bucks for them Because they offered.
