Thankful for Radwell's operations leadership team for their truly exceptional customer service. They recently went above and beyond to help us with some time-sensitive repairs. I was impressed with their dedication and proactive approach. Knowing our deadline was tight, they scheduled weekend overtime to expedite the repairs, which was a huge help. Excelente empresa, con mucho material en stock, todo lo que te puedes imaginar en electricidad y electrónica e incluso hidráulica. Un trato muy bueno y aun el material es de muy buena calidad...ya se donde tengo que buscar primero antes de ir a otro lugar.
Don’t trust them… I’ve just been the most recent victim of the same poor business model experience as the others that have commented here. I should have read the reviews before I ordered. The only positive reviews they have appear to be from employees that like working there; without those reviews it would be a solid -1 star company.
