While this company sources outdated or discontinued parts they charge a hefty shipping and handling fee. My $100 part cost over $160 and did not ship for almost two weeks. No tracking info, poor service and long wait times should be a caution for anyone looking to purchase from this supplier. If you can find the part elsewhere avoid this company.

I paid for a bearing and had it shipped next day air, it arrived next day but the bearing was seized up and would not turn. I was told we had to eat the NDA shipping cost as well as cost to ship back bearing and to top it off a 25% restock fee. Highly recommend not using Radwell.

Save your time and money do not order anything from this website orders will take longer than expected and they were not send you any updates to let you know a timeframe when your shipment will come. Customer service is also very unprofessional when you call!

Garbage company sells untested refurbished units to try to to get more money out of people for rush orders. Even though you selected next day. If you havnt dealt with them and seen the rush order extra you end up paying top dollar for your next day air to be shipped 10 days later then. Incompetent predatory company use as last resort for anything
