Garbage company sells untested refurbished units to try to to get more money out of people for rush orders. Even though you selected next day. If you havnt dealt with them and seen the rush order extra you end up paying top dollar for your next day air to be shipped 10 days later then. Incompetent predatory company use as last resort for anything

Support from Radwell (NJ) was an exceptionally positive experience. We had a fault condition—blinking red LED indicating a firmware issue—on an AB 1747 SLC 5/04 PLC, controlling an automated sample repository system (ASRS) in operation for over 15 years. A local PLC consulting firm came in to diagnose the fault, but the technician was unable to establish a COM link with the PLC. Never do business with this company. I live in Canada and needed to purchase L25S150 fuses urgently for my company. I was selling them on eBay Canada. I purchased the fuses from this company, but three minutes later, the shipping method was incorrectly selected, so I requested a cancellation. The company refused, claiming the item had already been shipped. However, 14 hours later, the shipping company responded that they hadn't even picked up the item. They deliberately refuse to cancel the order and are deceiving consumers.

I highly recommend this business, both for ease of purchase and availability of products, both easy and hard to find! The customer service team was incredible, great communication and fair pricing! I will be back!
