Radwell was incredibly helpful and quick to act once we received a product that was damaged during the shipping process. Hiral Darji (Customer Satisfaction Coordinator at Radwell), completely refunded the product for our company, along with helping us every step through the process. They were even generous enough to allow us to keep or discard the product without returning it. We are forever thankful and grateful to Radwell and their excellent customer service.
DO NOT PURCHASE OR SEND ANY EQUIPMENT TO BE REPAIRED TO RADWELL. With over thirty years in the industry never have i dealt with a company so incompetent. Sent them a controller for a VSD to be repaired. After a month of having my controller I requested an update. They responded that they ordered the parts to make the repairs but the parts got lost in shipping.
