I am a healthcare professional. I switched to Dr Ajlan after 3 surgeries by another KC retina specialist post globe rupture. I am very happy with Dr Ajlan and the KU eye team!
Dr. Ajlan and his patient care team are absolutely fabulous. Dr Ashwin is very knowledgeable and skilled in performing surgery. He also has a very pleasant and friendly demeanor. As far as I am concerned, he saved me from going completely blind. He surgically reattached my retina and performed a vitrectomy that saved my left eye. His care for me as his patient will always be remembered and appreciated by me. I went there for 3 months good people good service, but they did not catch the obvious cataracts that I had. I went to an eye doctor to get new prescription glasses and immediately she told me I had cataracts and it was not but 2 weeks since I saw him.
