First time customer and very satisfied. Rich tested and researched the coolant loss and error codes and fixed them. He saved me several hundred dollars from a previous estimate that included a not-worth-it opinion. A week after the repair; the leak and engine light are fixed. I’ll bring my VW back to Rich with confidence. He is a very competent and reasonable mechanic that I recommend.
