I work for Castle Bathrooms in Cardiff & we sell quite a few of these radiators. I have always found Radox to be helpful & their products of a good quality.
Terrible customer service one lady put the phone down on me and said she will not help me . We bought 2 radiators and both was faulty and they would not except this
