End user here. The owner of the company that installed our radon mitigation system retired and closed his shop. Due to a recent sump pump replacement I lost almost all of the blue oil in the manometer. I left a request on the RadonAway website asking where I could obtain more oil. Ryan responded promptly and I received a replacement manometer in less than a week. This is very good customer service in my opinion and I am very happy with the result. I installed the new manometer this morning and everything is back to normal.
As an end user that was having an issue, I spoke with Gina over the phone who took the time to help me with the issue and make the recommendation to a local company to fix the issue. Been using their radon monitors for years, now looking to use their fans for years as I completed my mitigation license through their school. Customer service has always been great especially when dealing with Nathanial.
We purchased all of our CRM‘s from these guys they perform our calibrations, etc. the customer service is great, turnaround time on calibrations, etc., is also very good. Highly recommend for radon testing equipment purchase and maintenance.
