We just did a DIY replacement of the GP301. Not because it stopped working, because it got too loud. When we took it down we were thrilled to see the original one worked for 25 years! Thank you for making a fantastic product. We hope to have the same success with the new one! There is a goose neck on the vent on the roof. Still lots of gunk made it in there.

End user here. The owner of the company that installed our radon mitigation system retired and closed his shop. Due to a recent sump pump replacement I lost almost all of the blue oil in the manometer. I left a request on the RadonAway website asking where I could obtain more oil. Ryan responded promptly and I received a replacement manometer in less than a week. This is very good customer service in my opinion and I am very happy with the result. I installed the new manometer this morning and everything is back to normal.
