We had radon solutions come out to check our basement. We found out a week later that they unplugged our water softener and freezer to run their hammer drill and they forgot to plug them back in. We lost 54 pounds of salmon and halibut that we caught in Alaska due to this unfortunate mistake. Rick was workable and we settled on an amount to be paid. He told me to text him a reminder which I did..and got no reply…roughly 3 months later I sent another reminder to only get no reply again.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with radon solutions. I was quoted and paid for two areas to be drilled in my basement in September 2025. When I got home from work, I noticed only one area was drilled and emailed asking about this. Marcus called a few days later and let me know that sometimes they drill one spot, test, and then depending on the results would either come back and drill again or I’d get a partial refund. Marcus was great to work with. He did the estimate quickly and also got the system installed ahead of schedule. I was selling a house and the radon was barely above the limit (5) but the buyer still wanted the system. Once it was retested (not included) it was super low (.5). Very happy with the system and service!

Installation in January. Hart made the original contact and installation. Did a great job and addressed my concerns. Using an Airthings radon detector my reading were long term 26.18 pCi/l before installation. Waited 2 days after and reset detector. Now reading 1.18 for 3 days. March Had a problem with noise. Reported issue. A new fan was installed that fixed the vibration. How a problem is handled, is an indication of how good a company is. Outstanding. Long term average less than 1.

Rick and Dan were great. I got three different quotes. They were competitive with everyone else, and I liked their solution the best. The install of was quick and professional. They even went above and beyond to address some concerns I had that really weren't their problems to address.
