Jake was fantastic from start to finish! He took the time to make a game plan for how to implement the radon mitigation system even before calling me back the first time. He came over to inspect the house to see if the plan would work, and was able to figure out a way to run the system out the side of the house, despite our house being extremely difficult to implement a radon reduction system in.
