Our radon fan quit working. Luckily, it was still under warranty. Paul sent his crew out, verified the fan was bad, replaced it right then, and checked out the rest of the system. The technician called when he was on his way just like they said they would. A very professional staff. Appreciate them very much.
We set an appointment, Matt was on time and set up the equipment, 48 hours or so and Matt returned picked up equipment. Very responsive
