The guy was unresponsive and ended up ghosting me. He sent me a proposal after having to follow up with him multiple times. and then after I got the documents I reached out to ask a question and he never responded to me. I'm a paying customer that is ready, willing, and able to pay for their service but they must not want my business.
Highly recommend! Everybody that I interacted and spoke with at RMCA was so helpful and responsive. Matt was our installer and he was fantastic - so patient and meticulous. He explained all options to me and helped me make the best decision for our home. Install was super quick and smooth. He clearly thought through every little detail to not only create an effective system but to also have it blend aesthetically to the house. Our radon levels went from 4-8 pre-install to 0.4-0.7 after install. We could not be happier!

Reached out to several companies and was shocked that many took so long to respond, but RMCA responded quickly (they even texted me after hours to get it scheduled quickly due to my concerns). They came and did the job quickly - they changed our radon fan that had broken. It is now working great. They communicate clearly and are very kind and nice to work with. Dave and team are great and are highly recommended.
