Great company - I can’t recommend them enough. Their pricing is very affordable, and the overall value is impossible to beat. I did run into a few minor issues with my installation, but Dave was a true professional and stood by his word, working through every detail until everything was resolved. Dave and the team at RCMA are true experts at keeping radon out of your home. Dave has a deep understanding of multiple radon mitigation approaches and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option for our specific house. In our case, he recommended an ERV-based ventilation strategy, which ultimately brought our radon levels down to below 1.0. Highly recommend Dave and RCMA for anyone looking for knowledgeable, effective radon mitigation.
a phone call inquiry set me straight about my misidentification of a part of the HVAC system that I assumed was radon abatement. Dave was quick to help even tho I was not a customer...a rarity in the grab and go society of the Northeast. Five stars for this company.
The guy was unresponsive and ended up ghosting me. He sent me a proposal after having to follow up with him multiple times. and then after I got the documents I reached out to ask a question and he never responded to me. I'm a paying customer that is ready, willing, and able to pay for their service but they must not want my business.
