Left voicemail and no one called. I called them and the gal had me walk outside to hear and said she wasn’t sure what it was but was booked out and she said she would contact us regarding availability and never did. My husband called again and was told it would be several weeks before anyone could come out. We called another company and they came out the next day and changed the fan which is what we thought the issue was.
