I had a terrible experience. I felt like she didn't listen to me when I tried to talk and she asked me questions that had nothing to do with anything. We had discussed billing prior to the visit; however, she interrupted me telling her something very personal to ask me for payment. Her office was a cluttered mess and she was all around rude and unprofessional.
Dr. Radom is the best psychologist I have ever had. I never feel rushed and she is genuinely concerned about my well being. Dr. Radom's suggestions and advice are really helpful and insightful. No matter how bad or low my mood is when I arrive at my appointment, it is greatly improved when I leave. She really gets to know her patients and their problems. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
She ask too many irrelevant questions that's has nothing to do with the issue at hand. Every week she ask you the same questions as if she has never interacted with you before
