Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? No. It took me several times to get through. Did this provider show attention to detail? Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously
