Drs. Donato, Ehrlich, and DeLozier all provided thorough, compassionate care for our ailing pet. We would readily recommend this practice.
I have been concerned about the high staff turnover and stark, often smelly, waiting room for about two years. They just emailed clients about 'proceedings with the vendors' but that should not be so visible to clients. Frankly, not our concern. I am only going for the continuity of care with my older pet; fortunately I like one of the new, yet very young, vets. The techs service, as visible to me, is inconsistent and the front desk is mildly cordial. Just seemed overall better several years ago at the old site. Still had so... read more
My family started using Radnor Vet when we moved to the main line and chose to get a puppy for the family. We found Dr. Donato and his staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable in preparing and teaching our family how to raise and care for the new addition to our family. He spent a lot of time with us on our visits and went above and beyond to help us find and select a trainer that worked well with the kids and my wife and I. On several occasions we have had some issues with our dog from a torn claw to wounds and in every i... read more
I have been taking my rabbits and now my cat to Radnor for many years now and have never had an issue. I've been happy with their care, with their sympathy when an animal has had to be put down, I think their prices are certainly competitive. The new offices are great, more space, less waiting time. And in an emergency they've bent over backwards to see my animals. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Their love of animals - of all sorts - is obvious.
My family has been taking our dog, now dogs, to Radnor Vet for over 10 years. Our experience has always been terrific! Each Doctor we have met, Dr. Donato, Dr. McGrath, Dr. Bowers and Dr. Santos are awesome...fantastic Physicians and compassionate. I personally credit Dr. Donato and his team with my 13.5 year old lab still being with us today and to this day still enjoying a great quality of life. Our lab tore a ligament in his knee doing 'silly runs', Dr. Donato did his surgery. My wife and I were very concerned while he wa... read more
I have to say that I am baffled by some of the comments listed as they are so far from the experience I've had at Radnor Vet, and so far from the feedback I've gotten from countless friends and neighbors whom I've recommended to them, that I almost have to question their authenticity. Our family has been bringing two dogs to Radnor Vet for almost nine years on the strong recommendation of long time lovers of this practice. We've experienced nothing but patient, compassionate care with doctors who personally follow up with ph... read more
I have been going to Radnor Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years. They are kind and compassionate to not only my pets but me too! All of the doctors are knowledgeable and love what they do. I recommend them to all.
I have been going to Radnor Vet for over 15 years with a series of pets. Although the waiting room is not a pleasant experience for me, I tolerate the waits because the doctors and technicians are absolutely first-rate. I select my own health care the same way. I want the best trained doctors and can deal with the administrative headaches. I have adopted a pet that they took in out of the kindness of their hearts and have found them to be truly caring. When my pet had to be euthenized, they sent me flowers. You get what you ... read more
This is a very caring, animal-loving veterinary practice. Dr. Len took his time with my dog and also with me to explain what she needed. They provided quick service and comprehensive medical advice. I had to call later after hours with a question and they were extremely helpful and understanding. I'm staying with Radnor Vet because they genuinely care.
