Had the worst experience for a urgent mri thag needed to be done after traveling out of the way sitting in traffic only to have them hassel me for the time they had me for only to show them the time I was sent by text from them was different. The time didnt matter though because they were working on the machine anyway and told me it would be another hour before it could be used. This is mainly for front office staff. I asked for a copy of my results and they said it would be a few minutes. After half an hour listening to them gossip and talking about social media posts I go up to ask if my copy of the results were ready and they were for who knows how long. Also the tech who tried to get my IV going forgot to swab my injection site with alcohol before inserting the needle.
My wife and I have been here twice and both times the front desk/reception are very rude! Are they just very unhappy people, does their job suck that bad that they treat everyone like crap?! How many bad reviews does it take before the management of this place says enough is enough or do they not care about great customer care and service?! Hate coming to this place!
Took me in right away, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with everything
every time I call to get an appointment I was put on hold and waited close to an hour. I finally hung up and called my doctor's office. we were on hold for an hour
