Deceptive, unethical, and predatory billing practices. After extensive research contacting every MRI provider south of Corona, Radnet charged us nearly DOUBLE the local average—$800 with insurance versus about $430 elsewhere. Shockingly, Radnet charges just $500 if paid in cash, clearly demonstrating their unethical and exploitative pricing practices. Medical procedures should have consistent, fair pricing regardless of payment method. Companies like Radnet are eroding American healthcare. Avoid at all costs.

I came to this location by mistake and was promptly given the address to the correct location. The lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful, she gave me brief directions and highlighted the correct address on a handout for me to take. The other location is only a half mile away, so I would recommend going early just in case you end up in a similar situation.

No wander this place has a 1.6 rating. Service is real bad, the people in the fron office, don't know what they are doing. They need a lot of training in customer service.

Terribly disorganized, inflexible, and as a customer it feels like they simply dont care about you, just the money. There is a reason this place has a 1 star average and I would highly reccommend going anywhere else.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Made an appointment, they gave me directions that lead to a completely different location. I called them and the fine human on the other end of the phone could not speak clearly but gave me directions to a restaurant nowhere near the location before hanging up on me. Then I check in and it got better. I asked why he hung up on me and he insisted that I wait for him outside when he gets off work if I think he is so incompetent.
