Rude desk
Way to long wait time. Only 2 mammo techs on staff with 100+ scheduled. This facility has insufficient staffing. Two physicians to read all the mammograms is SCARY. Far too much room for errors! RADNET needs to make lots of improvements at this facility, staffing & decor.
Rude staff! Came in for a deca scan and was told the tech was running late and it would be 10 to maybe 30 minutes. They are only there for money from insurance!
I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early. Before the visit, I had already confirmed the appointment over the phone, and my doctor’s office had scheduled this ultrasound appointment for me, which was confirmed twice. When I got to the front desk, the receptionist, whose name I believe was Garcia (she had long curly hair), asked for my license and insurance, which I provided.
