Did a walk in, for an x-ray. The wait was about 30 minutes, and the procedure was about 5. Overall, that is much quicker than I thought it would take. The staff was good at their jobs, and friendly too. The only negative is that the office waiting area felt cramped, and off putting (to me, the other patients seem fine)
It was a pleasant visit, the personal was very polite!!!
The staff of NorCal was phenomenal today, especially the ladies at the front desk. My work order had not been updated. They called the agent, OneCall, then my doctor, and tracked down the information. I was able to receive the service I came for. Thank you.
