My doctor put in a request for prior authorization for MRI with Rolling Hills. Rolling Hills calls a few hours later and makes an appointment for 7 am next day but u need to be there by 630am check in. Get to the appointment and find out that they never got an authorization on the MRI and I would have to pay for it. The girl was very Unapologetic and said it wasn't their responsibility.
