They were very nice, easy to deal with, and conveniently located. Not as boushey as AMI but efficient and nice, and they got the tests done. Building is a little run down but whatever. I would recommend and gladly go back.
I had an appointment for a Saturday morning to do an MRI. I was greeted by Danielle, the PSR, who was so genuine and kind to me. I told her I was really nervous and claustrophobic and she took the time to explain the process and even offered to stay in the room with me! Then she brought me to Lilly, the MRI tech. She was also just as kind and reassuring, talked me through the steps, helped put my anxiety at ease . It was over quicker than I had expected and the CD was ready in minutes. Very quick and efficient. Was in and out. CD of image given within 5 minutes after images were completed. Easy to get scheduled as well.
