Radnet DBA Breastlink is overwhelmed with business. When you call to make an appointment no one answers, you leave a message, and no one calls you back. In order to make an appointment you actually have to drive there wait in line to talk to a receptionist to make the appointment. Once you're finally there for an appointment most of the staff are wonderful. Dr Benz who does core needle biopsies is great as is Ebony and a couple of other staffers at stereotactic mammogram. This company is the essence of incompetence. Their customer service is rude, they will call you the day before your appointment to cancel. They will claim you don’t have authorization, when you do, they just didn’t submit approval on their side. The lesson, often times diagnostic service with mri is used to confirm issues, like cancers, and this company will stall and prolong as much as they can, and worse yet they have the market cornered. I’ve tried calling Radnet 4 times to find out if their Lake Elsinore office is open and I can’t even speak to someone who understands the difference between a county and a city!!! Every time I call I get someone who sounds like they’re in another country and IS COMPLETELY IGNORANT IN THEIR JOB! I ask for a supervisor and get hung up on!! Why are so many AMERICAN companies outsourcing and hiring inept people?!?! At least train them properly!
