Wasn’t polite enough. Looks like she is doing a big favor to patients. Condescending conversation opener like “what can I do for you! How can I help you!” don’t make sense. Isn’t the physician aware of the issues, especially when the imaging results with radiologist report is in? I wish I stay well, but if I have to visit an urgent care facility - I would prefer to have a different physician.
Dr Grin was super helpful for my backpain. She is super caring and lays out all your options for you. Thank you Dr Grin!
She was incredibly rude to the patient and left her in tears. Doctors should have empathy and compassion, otherwise find another profession. Do not see Dr. Grin.
It was a waste of time. The doctor didn't try to understand my issue, and didn't do any tests. The only feeling I got after interaction with this doctor, that she wanted to get rid of me ASAP.
