It was nearing the end of the season, yet they were able to fit us in. Everyone on the crew was VERY kind, helpful and curious about what we were looking for. All of what we wanted worked, some, as suggested by them, needed small tweaks, I'm glad they tweaked. They were all so responsive to our ignorance of this process.
