The new owners of Radleys , Ian and his crew, are to be applauded. We had a brake failure on our caravan. RACQ ( we’re from Brisbane) tried to get us some help thru’ RACV, but we weren’t having much luck. A conversation with a local had us lined up outside Ian’s door first thing Monday morning. He found the problem, had a replacement part fitted and we were on our way in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service by Ian, Jai and the rest of the team. Thank you so much.

Don't buy a boat through here!! Went to purchase a second-hand boat, despite being advised it had no holes, had both holes and cracks when it was pulled out and inspected. Asked to weld up and repair, which turned out to be beyond a poor attempt if you could call it welding. Would think twice before using. Lucky I got my money back.
