Thanks so much Ian & Peter for your excellent service with our caravan repair. Our caravan broke down on a Saturday afternoon with a stuffed hub, bearing, electric brakes. RACV organised a tow truck for us to take it to Hamilton Marine & Trailers. Peter met us there Saturday afternoon to put our caravan inside so it was safe over the weekend. The new owners of Radleys , Ian and his crew, are to be applauded. We had a brake failure on our caravan. RACQ ( we’re from Brisbane) tried to get us some help thru’ RACV, but we weren’t having much luck. A conversation with a local had us lined up outside Ian’s door first thing Monday morning. He found the problem, had a replacement part fitted and we were on our way in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service by Ian, Jai and the rest of the team. Thank you so much.
