First off I am writing this on behalf of my sister who is distraught and because I came into the office with her, I saw everything go down. Met with Rachel she knows how to walk the walk and talk to talk makes you believe everything under the sun. She wanted a retainer fee of $3500.00 and after two weeks, she had used it all up with claiming phone calls or sending an email making a photocopy. Be AWARE as they will not be clear about billing’s! A lawyer I was about to use with this firm charged me $650. yet NO work had even started! She was not upfront with me, cash grab and all within a day!!!
