Lately they’re so busy it doesnt matter what time you schedule your appointment, just be prepared to wait 2+hours for whatever you may need help with.
This place used to be great now is has turned for the worse. About two months ago they added an auto answer machine that routes calls but never connects to anyone to try do a appointment, i had to go online. I took my wife ILX for a recall and wanted the oil changed, inspection and alignment done plus the battery check. I inquired about the phones the service advisor told me "we do not answer the phones anymore we are too busy and understaffed so we won't answer" with a bad attitude. DO NOT COME TO THIS SERVICE LOCATION. I needed a simple headlight replacement — two hours later the repair tracker still said they hadn’t even started on my car. What's the point of making appointments?? So I asked to cancel and reschedule, and ten minutes later they suddenly claimed my car was done. They told me my headlights didn't fuse so “they just changed out the headlights” and charged me $220. Are you kidding me?! I brought my own bulbs too. I enjoy (yes, enjoy) getting my Acura serviced at Radley because: 1. Nando Angula, my customer support liaison, is excellent at his job. He greets me when I arrive, explains everything, and reminds me of coupons I never remember to search for. He runs, literally, to his customers and calls me Mr. Hoffman, demonstrating respect.
