Habib takes care of my mother and I. We are truly grateful for his hard work and service he provides for Acura. He deserves to be recognized and Nando as well. I enjoy doing business with them always.
Poor customer service and disorganized operation. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Instead, I was shuffled back and forth between the cashier and my advisor without clear direction. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
Here at Radley Acura they say it's is normal for MDX Type S AWD to spin tires in 1st to 4th gear the vehicle to have terrible torque steer to where merging on highway is difficult in sport or sport+ it is impossible to hard accelerate from 0 to 60 because the wheels spins so bad the engine trys to shut down i was also told that there mechanics from there own mouth they have no knowledge of the service manual while to different independent technicians says the transfer case is broke and vehicle is only operating in front whee... read more
Lately they’re so busy it doesnt matter what time you schedule your appointment, just be prepared to wait 2+hours for whatever you may need help with.
This place used to be great now is has turned for the worse. About two months ago they added an auto answer machine that routes calls but never connects to anyone to try do a appointment, i had to go online. I took my wife ILX for a recall and wanted the oil changed, inspection and alignment done plus the battery check. I inquired about the phones the service advisor told me "we do not answer the phones anymore we are too busy and understaffed so we won't answer" with a bad attitude.
