These guys are Rad
Beware: This has been an absolute nightmare! We signed in December of 2024 and it is November 2025 and we still do not have our system approved by the city even though we have spent months and months trying to get Radix to do their job. On top of it all Radix wrongfully took the $50k for the uncompleted job from our lender and we have been making loan payments on it since July. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go with this company!
Really struggling with Radix at the moment. Signed the contract on March 28, 2024. The sales Representative told me their analysis said that my house should have 15 panels to cover my electric usage. I said let's add 3 more to make sure that I'm covering my usage. The sales rep said once the installation was completed the system should be approved by the County and accepted and incorporated into UniSource's system and activated within about a month.
