sessions with him did not help at all as he uses 1-3 needles where it does not hurt, so basically useless. Went to a different acupuncturist and was completely pain free. Even JOINT at Irvine was 10x better for pain relief because they listen to your problems than giving out generic advice. I think Paul is dealing with his weight issues and buttock pain. I need relief so hopefully he learns where to put the needles soon, may be ask chatGPT? he genuinely tries to help you hence the 5 star

I have been to several acupuncturists and a physical therapist for my neck and shoulder pain in recent months. Every office I visited was fully confident that they can easily treat my pain in no time except Dr Ben Choi. In my first visit with Dr Choi, he stated that he is not sure if he can treat my pain and discomfort. Ironically, my pain has noticeably improved after 3 to 5 visits with Dr Choi. Dr. Ben has been extremely helpful and kind with each visit! He listens to my concerns and addresses how to treat my pain thoroughly. I am very happy with Radix and would definitely recommend!
