Dr Osorio spent time with me, heard me, asked me questions no other doctor had, did a more thorough exam and history than I've had in years. Patient, gentle, respectful. We discussed possibilities, options, rationales. It's been years since I've experienced good old fashioned medicine like this, and been this hopeful. I was referred to him by enthusiastic patients, and wow we're they right.
The experience with this neurologist was disappointing and unprofessional. From the beginning, the provider was dismissive and lacked empathy. At one point, they even stated, “You found us. What are you looking to get out of this appointment?” — a question that came across as rude and condescending rather than supportive. Radius TBI has been amazing. I was in a car accident in December 2023 and suffered from whiplash and a concussion. I felt off and was wondering why I was struggling to recover. Dr Brian was so sympathetic when he checked in with me. Daniella is so sweet and very helpful with coordinating appointments and confirming information. This place is amazing. The doctors are so thorough. The owner, Brian truly cares about the patients. If you have had head trauma, this is where you should go!
My husband was in a car accident and they have been extremely helpful with his care. I would definitely recommend this place.
