TBI Radius I would like to thank all the staff at Radius for their excellent time and dedication to their patients. The Doctors, technicians, and the administrative staff are all professional, kind, and caring. They make sure your needs and concerns are addressed. My experience in this office went above my expectation. First off I was impressed with the interior and ambience - it was very relaxing. The staff were professional when I arrived and I was seen very quickly. My experience in this clinic/office has been disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a lack of professionalism in the staff. The waiting times were excessive, and when I was finally attended, the treatment was not very empathetic and rushed, as if my well-being was not a priority. In addition, I noticed disorganization in appointment management and little clarity in the information provided. The coordinator Brian was very kind and informative. He reached out to me and helped with everything I needed and it felt personal like he wanted to help. I'd recommend radius tbi to anyone who needs care from a neurologist.
My physical therapist, Jeanne Shields, has transformed my life and reinstalled hope that I can be functional after experiencing severe injuries from a slip and fall.
