Couldnt be more appreciative of all the staff, particularly the front desk that exhausted all options to bring my scans forward to as soon as possible - thanks.
I rang and spoke to the staff member at the desk at 9.33am. I was ringing to book in an ultrasound and she was incredibly rude from the get go. All she had to say was that the ultrasound would be an out of pocket cost of $180 and did I want to proceed. Her tone was rude and aggressive, I felt so uncomfortable despite being eligible for bulk-billing due to having a concession card that I actually hung up the call and chose to book at a different imaging clinic further away from my house, due to this treatment.
