I required an urgent MRI and was thrilled to get an appointment at Radius Imaging Drysdale within hours of my specialist referral. This saved a return trip, 3 hours each way, from my home in regional Victoria. The staff were friendly, well coordinated and efficient. I cannot commend them highly enough.

My elderly grandmother attended this location today. The radiologist and other person in with her were lovely, but Nan said a doctor with grey hair came in and didn’t even acknowledge her - not even a ‘hello’. Injected her knee and left. Very disappointing. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

Could not speak more highly of this practice. The receptionists were super friendly. The sonographer was lovely. She was funny and efficient. 😄

I attended an appointment with my mother and we were so impressed with the care, professionalism and beautiful personable treatment. Mum did appear to have a mild reaction to which the team was responsive and immediate attention given to her wellbeing. We cannot say thank you enough for your care.

Had a great experience with my 5 year old. The young receptionist with curly hair made sure she was distracted as she could see my daughter was anxious. Then we had Hugh perform an ultrasound, and he was so patient and caring with my daughter, let her experiment and touch whatever she needed to feel comfortable and not be scared. Absolutely fantastic service, thanks a million!
