I rang and spoke to the staff member at the desk at 9.33am. I was ringing to book in an ultrasound and she was incredibly rude from the get go. All she had to say was that the ultrasound would be an out of pocket cost of $180 and did I want to proceed. Her tone was rude and aggressive, I felt so uncomfortable despite being eligible for bulk-billing due to having a concession card that I actually hung up the call and chose to book at a different imaging clinic further away from my house, due to this treatment. Booking was easy, service was friendly and scan was on time with clear instructions, and in my case the MRI was bulk billed, yah..
Lovely team efficient service.
I required an urgent MRI and was thrilled to get an appointment at Radius Imaging Drysdale within hours of my specialist referral. This saved a return trip, 3 hours each way, from my home in regional Victoria. The staff were friendly, well coordinated and efficient. I cannot commend them highly enough.
