Lovely team efficient service.
I required an urgent MRI and was thrilled to get an appointment at Radius Imaging Drysdale within hours of my specialist referral. This saved a return trip, 3 hours each way, from my home in regional Victoria. The staff were friendly, well coordinated and efficient. I cannot commend them highly enough.
My elderly grandmother attended this location today. The radiologist and other person in with her were lovely, but Nan said a doctor with grey hair came in and didn’t even acknowledge her - not even a ‘hello’. Injected her knee and left. Very disappointing. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.
Could not speak more highly of this practice. The receptionists were super friendly. The sonographer was lovely. She was funny and efficient. 😄
I attended an appointment with my mother and we were so impressed with the care, professionalism and beautiful personable treatment. Mum did appear to have a mild reaction to which the team was responsive and immediate attention given to her wellbeing. We cannot say thank you enough for your care.
