Have RV problems? Call no one but Rusty at Radius RV! He and his right hand man Tyler came out, diagnosed our lightning strike damage, made the repairs they could to keep us comfortable. Ordered parts and in just a few days they’re back and we’re all done! Very efficient and reliable service Thanks very much! Tabbi, our guardian had to check out the van! She likes to ride, she’s an RVer too!
Our slideout cable snapped and we could not operate it. Needed an urgent repair! Fortunately we found Radius and they responded very quickly. In what seemed like no time at all, they had fixed the cable, and also two other problems we had been having, including electric water heater and door catch. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, friendly and reliable. They took great care to leave everything pristine and clean too. We’d recommend them highly to anyone.
Rusty was able to get us back on the road when other techs couldn't.
Rusty was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He was fantastic. He was able to get our RV slide back into position with great skill and patience. He need gave up until the rv slide was back into position. He was truly a blessing. I am keeping his number in my phone in case we need a repairman. I highly recommend Rusty if you have a breakdown.
We would definitely recommend Rusty and Radius’ services to anyone who needs service to their RV or camper. We were camping for the weekend and our hot water heater wasn’t working properly. Rusty made a visit to the campground and fixed us right up and got the water heater operational. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the issue was.
