Adam at Radius was so helpful. He got in products called “blue creeper” for me that I was told you couldn’t get in Canada. I repair sewing machines and blue creeper makes my life easier, my work better and is a real game changer from anything else that’s available on the market. He even shipped the stuff all the way to Taylor BC for me. Thank you so much Radius thank you so much, Adam

Asked on phone if they could change carberater on 4 year old Briggs and Stratton Generator with only 20 hours on moter .yeh all mechanics red seal . The carb was less then 175 bucks I figured an hour labour for a mechanic to change a carb 3 weeks later I go pick up .3 and a hour labor bill 975 $ how on earth do they have the balls to treat any customer like there pockets are full of money.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Radius Industrial, and I can't say enough good things about them. Kevin, the sales rep, came out to my job site and provided a demo of their stump grinder. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provided all the information I needed to make a confident, informed decision.
