He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and provided all the information I needed to make a confident, informed decision. Radius Industrial has been an extremely helpful business to us. Brad and the owner Bruce are great sources of knowledge and are always willing to help when it comes to renting urban forestry equipment such as their airspade or chipper/stump grinders. When I purchased my chipper, they made sure to provide awesome customer service both before and after the sale. Though my experience was a few summers ago, this was my experience. I was on a recent holiday in Vancouver/Whistler. I spent the day in Whistler, and when I returned to my car I notice that someone had backed into my hitch step that was mounted to my receiver. The only thing that was keeping the step aligned was a cheap plastic bushing. The person who backed into the hitch step broke the bushing, and as a result misaligned the step.
