All the staff are lovely. Not sure I believe the bad reviews about unwelcoming staff. From the moment you walk in staff are friendly. I had a small incident after a procedure and felt so well looked after and very safe. Will absolutely recommend Radius Torquay to friends if they need imaging or procedures. Thankyou to everyone at Radius
Popped in for ultrasound and was greeted and attended by lovely staff. 😎👍🏼 Update: been here again today and I can’t fault them… well other than the chairs in waiting room, but that’s more me and certainly not them.
The front counter staff are not welcoming at all, even if you stand there for a while,they don't bother to greed or ask you to wait a while. Today , I wished a good morning twice to an elderly staff member at the front desk and she didn't even reply and her face reaction was so fierce and made me feel like I'm not welcomed there at all. My suggestion is, if you don't like to face people then better choose another job or task.
Great customer service guys.Your team were all fantastic especially the young lady who collected me from the waiting room to prepare me for MRI i cant remember her name if it was ash or amy i completely forgot ha ha .Great job guys keep it up
