Got phone call from reception this morning, she was very rude. I don’t understand why your working in a health centre if you can’t be nice to people even over the phone. Your tone and your pushing questions is so unprofessional! I’ve just had cancer and am in recovery this has made me upset, you never know what people are going through and to get treated like that is disgraceful.
They failed me, February 19 2025. As always it was super easy to get an appointment. The appointment went fine. UNFORTUNATELY THEY LOST THE RESULTS, WHICH IN THE END TOOK A 1.5 MONTH TO GET. I was in for 2 ultrasounds one report went missing. My GP told me I had to follow up on it. I called multiple times to Radius requesting this missing report. They constantly said we'll send it over. The staff at radius waurn ponds were so accommodating and helpful going above and beyond in making sure the issue I came to have scanned was thoroughly investigated. The little chocolate I received was unexpected and an amazing touch. To Steph and the rest of the staff, thank you sooooooo much. My second visit was just as good as the first, with great care taken to ensure my procedure went smoothly. From the first phone call I had to book the appointment I was told what to expect and to do prior to arriving for my appointment. On arrival the receptionist was welcoming, friendly and helpful. When I was called for my appointment, Lara the technician, was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Talked me through every step of the procedure prior to even stepping into the room. Very efficient follow up following referral. I found Staff at all stages helpful and capable. Excellent clear instructions related to my investigation and the pre work required. Radiologist phoned me out of hours to inform me of concerns requiring follow up. Thank you all for a relatively stress free experience.
