Most staff were lovely, but unfortunately the old women in reception with blonde short Karen hair was rude, didn't want to speak to me when asked a question, just arrogant and rude.
Very disgusting service. I booked my scan 4 weeks prior. 2 weeks before my scan i missed there call but they never call.back. But on the day of my appointment they called saying there techician called in sick cannot do your scan today. I took off from work 4 weeks prior and they wasted my time. It not the first time they do this. It happend before as well. I dont recommend anyone to visit them. Please choose wisely. Dont keep them your priority.
David and his team took very good care of me during my visit. Kim was lovely and reassuring during my scan. Thanks again Radius :)
Terrible experience 24/7/25. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. The staff mixed up my appt which obviously can happen, but then tried to lay the blame on several factors including the way I booked the appt. No accountability and minimal accommodation for the error. Again, could move on, but the kicker was the receptionist fellow telling me that it couldn't possibly be appendicitis as I had had the pain for 6 days!!! Irresponsible, negligent behaviour. Got phone call from reception this morning, she was very rude. I don’t understand why your working in a health centre if you can’t be nice to people even over the phone. Your tone and your pushing questions is so unprofessional! I’ve just had cancer and am in recovery this has made me upset, you never know what people are going through and to get treated like that is disgraceful.
