I made an appointment to talk about adding a backup battery to my house. After they did the analysis of my energy usesage, turns out the battery would not help with my trueup bill. Adding a few solar panels would help, but because our daughter is moving out and our energy usage will decrease even that might not be necessary. If I decide I need additional solar in the future, this is the company for me! It's not often that a company will look out for what's best for you, as apposed the making a sale. Great experience!
I have to say Chad has been a pleasure to work with. My experience has been great . He has been answering all my questions no matter what day of the week or time. I myself am a contractor and he definitely has shown more client support than just a salesman. He has went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my family during all hours day and night . These guys did an awesome job from start to finish! Was looking to install a solar carport on our adjacent property and met with multiple solar companies in the area, but none of them were willing to take the project on - nor had much imagination beyond mounting them to our roof (which was not an option due to limited sun exposure and square footage). If I could give zero stars I would. Radius energy has been a nightmare. I went a full year with my panels and had a $4,000 true up. I literally can’t get ahold of anyone to fix this or make anything right. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I don't understand how they are in business when no one ever answers the phone or respond to email. We have been working with them for over 8 months and can't get anyone to talk to us. They had us sign contacts and get loans, they told us permits were placed and then communication stopped.
