Moved to a new larger home that came with a much larger electric bill. Contacted Radius regarding solar and could not have been happier with the results. Electric bill a 1/5 of what it would been and my payback window is 5 years max. Radius has been awesome with follow up the few times I even needed to contact them. Most of those contacts were me understanding the system but they were always ready reply no matter how silly my question. I would recommend them in a heart beat!!!
It was great the 1st year. Problems with equipment failure for months, slow to respond, troubleshooting & tech support is poor. Had inverter replaced after complaining for months, now my PGE NEM is $800, when I usually get a check. Tried to resolve it with the owner, no response to text messages. Today the monitoring system says not generating any power again.... huge hassle.
6 months and they still aren't helping me. Not that they can't, THEY WON'T. My system reports that it's producing 60% of the planned power and they won't help me figure out what the problem is. I have asked for 3 separate solutions to problems with the inverters they sold me and they say no to all of them. It took them 4 months to install their approved plan.... Super helpful before the sale, but can't get any help after the sale. Would Not recommend
This company does an awesome job. They were able to help me out by repairing my existing solar system, which was improperly installed by another company that is no longer in business. I would highly recommend them.
