WOW I cant say enough about the service provided by Radius. Always prompt, very skilled. Just such a pleasure to have Radius do work and I think this is my 3rd or 4th experience with them.

I set an appointment with Radius Mobil Bike shop to help set up and fix some initial issues with our new e-bikes. Dimitri was excellent to work with. Came to our house and worked on both bikes. we were very satisfied with the work and scheduling process. We will absolutely use Radius and Dimiri again when needed.

Easy to schedule. Arrived on time. Dimitri is very friendly, and got both of our bikes back into great shape pretty quickly. 10/10. Will be back!

I highly recommend!!! From start to finish (making an appointment, choosing a day and time, paying, the terrific bike service…)- the experience was excellent. I appreciated being able to share what I needed from the bike service ahead of time. I felt like I was heard as the bike was tuned up and made safe as I had requested. I was treated kindly and professionally. Thank you!!!!!
