My wife and I moved to the Radius in June and we have loved our experience thus far! The front office is very helpful and friendly. We love being able to walk to several restaurants and especially our favorite ones! E&O and Ruth Chris happy hours and food are the best!!
Been living here for a year and a half and have to say it has been amazing! Specifically maintenance has been so great this past week helping prep for the storm weather!! They came in so quick and made sure everything else in my apartment was working properly. Experienced the same kindness and help from the office managers when I decided to upgrade to a bigger layout! 10/10 place to live!
Just moved in and I couldn’t be happier! The staff are very kind and helped me every step of the way when applying and then again when I moved in. Lucky to be here!
Moved in this summer before starting a new job, and this has by far been the best apartment complex ive lived in. move in was smooth and they went above and beyond to create a seamless process, including flexible timing reservation and a secured elevator, along with access to the service drive for seamless parking/unloading. My wife and I moved to Radius in 2021 and have loved every minute. We previously lived at another apartment complex in the area, bought a house just before the pandemic, and pretty quickly regretted it. When we decided to sell and look at moving back downtown, Radius was an easy choice. We love going to sporting events and concerts, and Radius is walking distance to a dozen different venues hosting those events all year round.
