Executive here, moving to the area. I scheduled a virtual walk-through appointment and was promised an email with a link to view it remotely near the appointment time. Never received it. Tried contacting the office—complete silence. Spoke to an on-site officer who said he only deals with police matters and can’t even notify the leasing agent. Left a voicemail, no callback. Total waste of time.
I’ve been here 3 years and I now see why parking has been an issue for so long. Someone broke into my car last week while parked in the parking garage that we pay a monthly fee for and today, I was blamed for my car getting broken into and someone trying to steal it. They stated that they “assume I want to break my lease”and that they are “tired of me complaining” about it.
