I moved to Cincinnati in February for a new job and was deciding between Radius at the Banks and another apartment building. Ultimately, the leasing team here, specifically Jenna, was the deciding factor. It’s an Interesting concept to charge people extra to leave their own home. One night I came home and the garage entrance was blocked? Luckily the exit gate was open but blocking people from returning home and charging them extra to leave is ridiculous. Parking and traffic during events is a major drawback to living here.
My wife and I moved to the Radius in June and we have loved our experience thus far! The front office is very helpful and friendly. We love being able to walk to several restaurants and especially our favorite ones! E&O and Ruth Chris happy hours and food are the best!!
Been living here for a year and a half and have to say it has been amazing! Specifically maintenance has been so great this past week helping prep for the storm weather!! They came in so quick and made sure everything else in my apartment was working properly. Experienced the same kindness and help from the office managers when I decided to upgrade to a bigger layout! 10/10 place to live!
