DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU OWN A CAR My wife and I moved in with 2 cars. When moving in the apartment told us they had a resident garage we could purchase spots in. After putting down our deposit this was changed to they don't have any spots in the resident garage and you'll need to buy parking passes to the public garage. If we wanted to get in the resident garage we'd have to join a wait-list which we asked to put my wife's car on since she drives more than I do. Executive here, moving to the area. I scheduled a virtual walk-through appointment and was promised an email with a link to view it remotely near the appointment time. Never received it. Tried contacting the office—complete silence. Spoke to an on-site officer who said he only deals with police matters and can’t even notify the leasing agent. Left a voicemail, no callback. Total waste of time.
I’ve been here 3 years and I now see why parking has been an issue for so long. Someone broke into my car last week while parked in the parking garage that we pay a monthly fee for and today, I was blamed for my car getting broken into and someone trying to steal it. They stated that they “assume I want to break my lease”and that they are “tired of me complaining” about it.
