I’ve been here 3 years and I now see why parking has been an issue for so long. Someone broke into my car last week while parked in the parking garage that we pay a monthly fee for and today, I was blamed for my car getting broken into and someone trying to steal it. They stated that they “assume I want to break my lease”and that they are “tired of me complaining” about it. Maggie has been one of the best helps i've ever had when signing leases or dealing with anything of that matter.
The emergency maintenance staff is amazing. I dropped my keys down the garbage chute after hours and Josh came to help me retrieve them. The staff is so helpful and considerate.
I am not one to write a bad review, but I felt it was very necessary for Radius Apartments. Do not live here unless you want to feel like you are living at a fraternity or sorority house. It especially feels like this if you have an apartment facing the pool. There was constantly late night skinny dipping, loud partying by the pool at all hours of the night, and people bringing their own speakers to the pool, which made it feel like an EDM concert all day long.
