Great products, but objectively terrible customer service. They force you to sign for the package and disable all receiver options with UPS so that you have to take a day off work and stay home to receive your package or they'll have it returned to sender and charge you for the experience. I got some non-sense about policy and terms of service. Save yourself the hassle and order the parts from someone with better customer service.
I had an issue with my order, it got shipped to wrong location on accident. Emailed, within a business hour they replied, within a business hour my order was resent out. I believe I talked to Will on the phone, super nice guy, amazing customer service, top quality parts. Worth the money!
Can someone please explain how it makes sense when shipping an item to customers to require an adult signature, which you cannot digitally wave, you cannot have sent to a UPS store (which is secure), and cannot have any sort of changes made to the delivery route whatsoever so you try to force customers to sign for packages when they’re at work to even be able to afford parts in the first place? I have had hard time trying to find the right fuel fittings for my evolution x, came in with a video and couple pictures, and they got all the fitting for me that I need explained how I would rout rout the lines. Amazing customer service. Don't hesitate to call them or email them.
