Away from downtown Pendleton but close enough to drive. Rooms where better quality than downtown hotels.
Great hotel....just doesn't actually offer much for the money. After paying $100 more (for 2 days): I get to pay for breakfast...no free breakfast but theres a restaurant so you can give them more money. I need to do laundry, as people in hotels often do. Guest laundry? Nope. Can I reheat my leftovers from dinner.....sure, but instead of putting microwaves in the rooms there's just ONE in the lobby. What's it there for....well to heat up the food THEY sell you in the lobby. Let's do the bare minimum but make it nice and over... read more

The hotel is at the top of a steep hill, not in Pendleton proper. If you are hauling something on a trip, you may have an issue getting up the long, winding, steep hill. My husband booked through Expedia - prepaid. I arrived 1.5 hours before my husband, but they wouldn’t let me check-in until he arrived. We have same last name. Had to wait in parking lot until he arrived. He even called to see if they would check me in. They said that’s policy if you book third party. We were told pet friendly. Their inability to work outside the rules set by third party booking platforms is BS. We drove across the country with a cat in tow. My wife was driving ahead of me. No other hotel had a problem with her checking in before I got there. When I called them to ask if they could help us out their response was if you booked with a third party you’re SOL. So, my wife had to wait in the car with the cat for two hours until I got there. They were rude and completely not helpful. I will never spend another dime at a Radisson hotel.
