Do you like get yelled at? No? Then this is not the hotel for you. Watch out for Janelle the mean, mean, mean desk clerk who will rip you a new on if you so much as breathe. Not only did it take 25 minutes to check in, she hassled me about every single detail of check in. She wouldn't let me check in! Why? Because even though I have the same last name as my husband, plenty of ID and a print-out of our reservation, she hassled me endlessly that the booking showed my husband's first name instead of mine. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was polite and nice.

An extra The bed was magnificent. I slept an extra hour & half! The breakfast bar was really really good with descent coffee. Seriously usually hotel coffee is meh but this was flavorful bold and low acidity. This was truly a Radisson experience in Umatilla Oregon. BTW - third floor offers a BEAUTIFUL view.
