When checking in the clerk was very rude. She acted annoyed when I asked questions. Advertisement said breakfast on site but didn't say it was extra. Also said room service enjoy breakfast in bed. But when I called to order they said they don't do that. Room had a QR code for restaurant menu. Prices were wrong. Once you go the restaurant the menu prices were doubled. 50% of the breakfast menu was sold out. Sausage didn't taste right and few minutes after eating, I got sick with diarrhea. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, towels were thick and the building seems to have been well insulated from exterior sounds. I was a bit worried that there would be abundant noise since the hotel is 30 yards from the airport terminal and less than a mile from the Interstate. Fortunately that is not the case. The airport is not very busy and the aircraft that took off or landed were all prop driven and one does not hear any traffic from the Interstate. Stayed at this Radisson in Pendleton and had a great overall experience. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the parking lot was huge with plenty of space, even for large trucks which is a big plus. The only downside was that the restaurant downstairs seemed a bit understaffed, so I wasn’t able to grab breakfast before heading out. That was a little disappointing. That said, I had a great night’s sleep and would definitely recommend this place.
