3rd level staircase collapsed while we were on it!!!!!!!!! Small children were underneath being hit by the falling cement/debris. Management didn’t care or help!!! We had to call the police. Worst experience of my life with the absolute worst staff!!!!! I will warn everyone to NEVER STAY HERE!!!! You are better off sleeping out in the street!
Hotel staff goes above and beyond!
