I have stayed here numerous times and love the place... but over the weekend i had a room that had scalding hot water only... Couldnt take a shower or use the sink much... No discount was offered or anything... Kind of disappointing...
Rooms smelled musty, bathtubs filled up to my ankles every time I took a shower and there was hair on the walls, like they didnt take time to actually clean the rooms. There was also trash still in my room when we checked in. The only upside is that there staff was extremely nice.
The tub wasn’t clean when we arrived. We had to request new sheets because there was an unidentifiable piece of brown “stuff” in the bed. There was a roach in our room at one point. Common areas were never vacuumed. I thought the Radisson had better standards, but apparently not. Radisson has owned this property about a year, and while I don’t know what kind of shape it was in when they bought it, I do know the current status is not up to the rate at which they’re charging a night.
