Poor Customer Service Experience This review is based solely on my bad customer service and this is my first given one star review in my entire life. Yesterday, on Family Day, I called the hotel to check if the pool was operational since the last two reviews on Booking.com mentioned that it was out of service. We were here for meetings, so I can only comment on the meeting room and the staff. It's a hotel in a major city; it is comparable to all hotels in all major cities for meetings. The meeting room met our needs and expectations. The staff EXCEEDED our needs and expectations.
I found the hotel extremely comfortable, The room was super clean and very comfy in every way. The staff were nice, and the breakfast was pretty good too!
