I have to echo some of the responses here. I expected the Radisson to be on another level on our family road trip, from the other hotels we stayed at on this trip. I already left a detailed review at the Choice Hotel site. This is a large property, with many other hotels around it. They need to set themselves apart from the rest. I also felt for the price paid, the value wasn't as great. It wasn't any better than the SureStay in Castlegar we stayed at on this trip. The staff were nice, no issues there. Not a good hotel to stay. Dirty, Uncomfortable, VERY HUMID because AC not functioning!
Not bad just way out of the center. Needs some refurbishment...
Not a good experience in this hotel for a price range. From the front desk to a cleaning of room service. We never felt welcome in this place. front desk even don't want to answer the phone. It will take a couple attempts for them to answer the phone. No complimentary water in two 2 days of stay. Funny though that they provided the coffee. Are we gonna eat the coffee instead?!..room haven't clean properly, dirty mugs and small litters are still in the floors when we get back after requesting to the front desk for a cleaning ... read more
