The front desk service at this hotel needs serious improvement. Throughout my stay, I found the staff to be dismissive, slow to respond, and generally uninterested in helping guests. Basic requests felt like I was asking for a favor rather than receiving the service I paid for. While I don’t usually single out individuals, Dylan’s attitude in particular stood out as needing attention from management. Amazing
We booked online and when we showed up said they dont take debit deposits and tried to turn is away but after telling them we have a baby and nowhere did it say no cash or debit deposits they "made" an exception. Come to this morning when trying to get our deposit back, all of a sudden the machines are not working and they wouldn't pay us with cash. Said to come back when it was working... not impressed with the service. Would not recommend this hotel. Id rather stay at Travelodge, they have way better service and accommodat... read more
This is the only hotel my family stays at. It's clean.The breakfast in the restaurant is amazing. And if you don't want your family to leave, all you have to do is call the front desk and they will be more than happy to help you convince your family to stay another night. I love this place.
