The overall service was excellent, the staff were courteous, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. Arshpreet went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I had a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
Worst experience ever and we barely checked in. We were not told our room type was unavailable so it was shocking when we walked in and it was a queen and not a king. When I went down to request information, we were informed that they were doing renovations and couldn't help us at all and the queen was the same price anyway so it shouldnt matter. I said it was unacceptable and we were told to cancel if we were unhappy. No offer to compensate or apologize properly. So we canceled and left. Not to mention the suite was so empt... read more
