There’s nothing more frustrating than poor customer service. The hotel has a shuttle bus that takes you to the airport. I told the receptionist when I checked in last night that I needed a shuttle the next morning at 6am. I get down stairs by 6 and the morning receptionist is saying I needed to be down stairs 10 mins early and that one left already (which was never communicated to me). This company is a scam. I was charged multiple times, including $137.03 and $139.34 for the same transaction. When I called them, they said they would call me back but never did. This is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I do NOT recommend anyone to give their card details to these scammers. Stay away!
