I booked my a room here through the Park-Sleep-Fly program because I was traveling solo for two weeks and I needed a place to store my car while away and this seemed like a good option. It was not working properly and the room was stuffy and for those who have been in Charlotte in May, you know how bad the heat is.

I love this hotel, for the price is actually very nice, no breakfast but there’s plenty of restaurants around and they have an airport shuttle which is so convenient, I work at the airport and always choose the Raddisson for my Charlotte layovers

Top tier , I didn’t catch her name but there was a room door malfunction and she provided exceptional service handling the issue.
